I don't want to be mistaken as a shallow woman who is only concerned with material, inanimate objects because believe me, that really isn't the case.
D put so much thought into my ring and created it with an image I gave him along with an image he envisioned in his head, and I love that.
It started with one of the regular old "design your ring" websites that I was playing around with, and he took the image and ran. And he couldn't have planned anything more perfect.
D has a friend who is a licensed gemologist and jeweler. D took his vision to this friend for his help in creating a one-of-a-kind ring which they built together, step-by-step.
D was able to sit down with his friend and learn how to place the diamonds and his hands helped build the ring that symbolizes the start of life together. Unbelievably special. My heart melts.
I love this man so much. Not because of a ring, but because of who he is and how special he makes me feel.
